What counts
Where points apply.
You earn points on
- Treatment service transactions (paid, closed invoices)
- Bookings at any London or Manchester clinic
- Eligible spend, rounded down to the nearest £10
Points are not earned on
- Initial deposit payments
- Retail product purchases
- Refer-a-friend redemptions or other discounts
- Gift cards, VAT or delivery charges
Good to know

24-month validity
Use your points within 24 months of the transaction that earned them - otherwise they expire.
Minimum 40 to redeem
Save up at least 40 points to start redeeming on selected services.
One account per person
Points are personal - they can't be combined, transferred, sold or used as cash.
